Do solar panels have to be registered in Portugal?
Self-consumption systems (UPAC) are subject to registration or prior communication, depending on the installed power. We check which procedure applies to your system and handle the UPAC process as part of the installation.
Do I need batteries with solar panels?
Not necessarily. Without batteries you use the solar power as it is produced, mostly during the day. Batteries store surplus energy for the evening. Whether they are worth it depends on when your household uses electricity.
