What we collect

When you continue from the quote form, we collect your name, an alternative phone number if provided, town, service and description of the work. This form does not ask for email. We keep a backup in the website contact records and retain the draft in your browser session so you can reopen it.

WhatsApp enquiries

Choosing Continue on WhatsApp includes your details in a link to WhatsApp, a Meta service, to prefill the message. This handoff shares the draft with that service and is subject to its terms and privacy policy. You must review the message and tap Send in WhatsApp to deliver it to the business. The website cannot confirm that delivery and does not email the enquiry.

Direct chat buttons start a conversation in WhatsApp without using the form. If you prefer not to use that service, you can call us. Avoid including sensitive details that are not needed to explain the work.

How we use your data

Your form details are used solely to contact you about your enquiry and to provide the service. We never sell or share those details with third parties for marketing.

Optional statistics and cookies

If you accept analytics, we load Google Analytics to measure visits and use of public pages. This service may use cookies and browser identifiers and process technical device and browsing data. We do not load Analytics before you accept, on the contact page or in the administration area, and we do not intentionally send names, phone numbers or form messages to this service.

Your choice is stored in this browser for up to 180 days. You can refuse without losing access to the website or WhatsApp and change your choice using Privacy preferences in the footer. Refusing stops future measurement and attempts to remove this site's Analytics cookies; it does not delete data already sent. The site also uses a session needed to operate and protect the form. Retention

We keep your data only for as long as needed to handle your enquiry and meet legal and accounting obligations.
